If you select our Delivery and Assembly service, please arrange prior to our delivery, for a qualified electrician to run a supply from your main fuse board, using the correct size and type of cable, to a rotary isolator near the sauna final location. From the isolator, a tail of heat-resistant cable should extend to the furthest edge of the sauna, leaving an additional 1–2 metres of the correct sized heat resistant cable. Our fitting team will then connect this certified existing supply to the sauna. In addition if you choose lighting for your sauna we will require an outdoor 13amp socket near the sauna to plug the lighting system into.
Recommended Heater & Electrical supply:
13 Amp Socket required if choosing a lighting package.
The 4.5kw heater is a good choice for this sauna size. The approximate cubed volume of the sauna is 4.5m3. Upgrade Option to a 6.0kw will heat faster but requires a larger power supply.
- 4.5 kW heater: 20A supply required.
The 4.5kw heater Cubic Metre range = 3 / 6 m3)
- 6.0 kW heater: 32A supply required.
The 6.0kw heater Cubic Metre range = 5 / 8 m3)
