Tommy rang me when he was on his way, he was polite, tidy and helpful. The service was to a very high standard and the hot tub looks like new. All in all in the two years since we took delivery of our tub from U.K. Hot Tubs the customer service from Simon and his Team has been brilliant. Would highly recommend

These guys are first class. Fantastic product. But more importantly their customer service is second to none. We inherited a hot tub when we bought our house. They would come service it, replaced the lid, etc. Then we replaced it, and they did an amazing job removing the old one and installing the new one. They took such great care and worked so hard. True professionals from management to the guys on the ground.

Once install was complete they explained everything in detail. Spafix team are always on hand to offer advice and nothing feels too much trouble for them. Couldn’t ask for a better service. Always dreamt of having a beautiful hot tub, Spafix were fantastic from start to finish their customer service was faultless. Carl, Tony and the whole team so knowledgeable, nothing was too much trouble. Install was tricky but they knew exactly what they were doing to get it into our back garden, even in appalling weather! Service doesn't just stop after they have finished, I know I can call them if I have any problems or questions. We are delighted with our purchase...a dream come true!

Really pleased with the product and support from UK Hot Tubs. I purchased a Heat pump over a year ago which was installed on my Master Spa hot tub by UK Hot tubs. My heat pump has developed a couple of unexpected faults since I have owned it.. both times Simon @ UK Hot Tubs has been quick to respond with support and always resolved my issues quickly. Loving my Vian C5+ heat pump which keeps my electric bills low. 🙂

Simon, Avon and the whole UK Hot Tub Team did an absolutely outstanding job on the removal of our old/faulty Hot Tub and installation of our new replacement Hot Tub. We have had several companies and workmen carry out various jobs for us in the past but none compare to the quality, workmanship and dedication that UK Hot Tubs put into every aspect of their work before, during and after completion of the job. We were given a starter treatment pack as well as laminated instructions as to how to use and care for our new tub. We are absolutely delighted with our new hot tub as well as the quality Customer Service from the whole team. We feel confident knowing that we are in safe hands for years to come.
